Your account & signing in
There is no password. You sign in with your email:
- Open My Account and type your email.
- We email you a sign-in link. Open it on the same phone or computer where you want to use the tools. The link works once and expires in 30 minutes.
- You stay signed in on that device for 30 days. After that, or on a new device, just request a new link.
Always use the same email. Everything you buy is saved to the email you were signed in with. Sign in with that
email on any phone or computer and your purchases open there too.
Didn't get the email? Wait 2–3 minutes, check Spam and Promotions, check the spelling of your email, then request a new link.
Buying & payment
- Tap Buy / Unlock on the product. For anything that is saved to your account (mock tests, premium calculators,
Nirmaan Estimator Pro) you'll be asked to sign in first — that's how it stays unlocked on every device.
- Pay on the secure Razorpay page with UPI, card, net banking or wallet. We never see your card or bank details.
- After paying, wait until you are sent back to Nirmaanpro. Don't close the page or press Back while it says
“processing”. With UPI apps, come back to the browser after approving the payment.
- You land on the product, already unlocked (or on a thank-you page with download buttons for notes).
Paid but still locked? Don't pay again. Payments are re-checked automatically every 15 minutes, so a
purchase that didn't come back properly unlocks by itself shortly. Sign in with the email you paid with and refresh. If it's still locked
after 30 minutes, email us your Razorpay payment ID (it starts with pay_ and is in Razorpay's email/SMS).
Already own something? Its Buy button takes you straight in instead of charging you again — as long as you are signed in.
Mock tests & previous papers
Taking a test
- Go to PSC Exam and pick a test series. Free papers / sets are marked Free; locked ones show a lock.
- Tap a paper to start. Answer, then move on with Next. The timer runs at the top — practise finishing 100 questions in time.
- At the end you get your score, with the correct answer and an explanation for every question. Review the wrong ones first.
Marking: WBPSC AE papers are scored like the real exam — +2 for a right answer, −2/3 for a wrong one, 0 for a skipped one.
Each test series shows its own marking before you start. With negative marking, skip questions you can only guess.
Unlocking the full series
Sign in, then tap Unlock full access on the test page. After payment every paper in that series opens on any device where you
sign in with the same email. Paid questions are only loaded for signed-in buyers, so if papers still look locked, check that you are
signed in with the email you paid with.
Read the papers first
Prefer reading to testing? WBPSC AE previous year papers lists every question;
2016 and 2014 are fully answered, the others show the first 10 answers. Exam pattern and syllabus are in the
exam guides.
- Free calculators (steel roof truss, frame/beam/truss analysis, boundary wall, septic tank, bituminous mix, railway cant & scour, Intze tank design and more) open from Tools — no sign-in needed.
- Premium calculators unlock on your account. Open them from My Account → Open, or from the Tools page while signed in.
- Everything is calculated inside your browser, so it works on phone and computer. For long reports, a computer or landscape mode is more comfortable.
- Use Print / Save as PDF where offered to keep a copy of your result.
Results are a design aid. Our tools follow the relevant IS codes and standard practice, but every design,
estimate and drawing must be checked and approved by a qualified engineer before construction. Market rates in estimates are
editable — set them for your area.
Nirmaan Estimator & RCC Estimator
Nirmaan Estimator (website)
- Free: a G+0 house up to 800 sft, with design check, quantities and cost sheet.
- Pro (Rs. 399, lifetime): any plot size, G+1 to G+3, full bar bending schedule and steel order list, manual sizing, unlimited saved projects, PDF without watermark.
- Pro is saved to your account. Sign in with the email you bought with and open the Estimator — the Go Pro button disappears and the limits are lifted on any phone or computer.
- Bought Pro before October 2026 without signing in? Open Link your earlier purchase, sign in, and enter the payment ID from Razorpay's email. It's linked to your account once and works everywhere after that.
- Saved projects are stored in the browser you made them in. Export a PDF of anything important.
Nirmaan Estimator (Android app)
In the app, Pro is bought through Google Play and restored with Go Pro → Restore purchase using the same Google account.
App and website purchases are separate.
RCC Estimator
- Pro works with a licence key locked to one device. Open the RCC Estimator on the phone/computer you'll use, then tap Buy — your Device ID is sent with the payment.
- After payment your key is shown and the app unlocks automatically. Copy the key and keep it safe (screenshot or note).
- If you clear browser data or change phone, enter the same key again; for a new device, email us your new Device ID and payment ID.
Intze tank design — PDF per design
- The Intze tank design calculator is free to use. The printable A4 design booklet (PDF) costs Rs. 49 per design, with no sign-in.
- Finish your design first, then pay. The receipt is tied to that design and remembered in that browser.
- If you change the design (capacity, staging height, dimensions…) it counts as a new design. Small re-downloads of the same design are free.
- Don't clear browser data before downloading. If you lose access, email us the payment ID.
Notes, ebooks & PDFs
- Add notes or a bundle in Notes & ebooks and pay. No sign-in is needed for notes.
- After payment you land on a thank-you page with a Download button for each book. Download straight away and keep the PDF
on your phone/computer or in your Google Drive.
- Some books show “contact support” instead of a button — they are sent to you by email. Write to us with your payment ID.
- Lost the file or the link? Email us your payment ID and we'll send the download link again.
Each PDF carries a watermark and copyright page. It's for your own study — please don't share or upload it (see fair use).
The free formula sheets and charts in Resources can be downloaded by anyone.
Free resources & alerts
- Job vacancies — civil engineering government & PSU jobs, updated several times a day, with tabs for admit cards & exam dates and results & answer keys. Filter by state or Central Govt.
- Telegram — join @nirmaanpro_jobs for new vacancies, admit cards, results and a daily quiz question at 8 AM.
- Sunday Live Contest — a free 20-question test every Sunday 8–10 PM (sign in to take part). Leaderboard and full answers at 10:25 PM; one attempt per account.
- Question of the Day — one AE/JE question on the home page every day, with the answer and IS code reference.
- Exam guides — pattern, syllabus and preparation plans for WBPSC AE, WBMSC, SSC JE and RRB JE in Exam guides.
- Study assistant — the chat button at the bottom corner answers civil engineering doubts. Treat its answers as study help, and check the code for exact values.
Problems & fixes
I paid but the tool / mock test is still locked
Don't pay again. Make sure you are signed in (My Account) with the same email you paid with, then refresh the page. Purchases
that didn't come back from Razorpay are re-checked automatically every 15 minutes. Still locked after 30 minutes? Email your payment ID.
It worked on one phone but not on another
Sign in on the new phone with the same email (My Account → sign-in link). Account purchases follow your email, not the device.
Exceptions: the RCC Estimator key is per device, and the Intze PDF receipt is per browser.
The sign-in email didn't arrive
Wait 2–3 minutes, check Spam/Promotions, and confirm the spelling. Request a new link — each link works once and only for 30 minutes.
Open it in the same browser you're using the site in.
Nirmaan Estimator still shows “Go Pro”
Sign in with the email you bought with, then open the Estimator again. If you bought before October 2026 without signing in, use
Link your earlier purchase with your payment ID.
I lost my notes download link
Email us your payment ID — we'll resend the link. Next time, save the PDF as soon as it downloads.
A page looks old or a button doesn't respond
Refresh the page (on a computer: Ctrl+F5). If it continues, try another browser such as Chrome, and turn off “data saver” or ad-blocking for nirmaanpro.shop.
Where do I find my payment ID?
In the email or SMS from Razorpay after you paid, and in your UPI app's transaction details. It starts with pay_.
I think an answer in a mock test is wrong
Email the paper, question number and your reasoning. We'll check it and correct the answer key if needed.
Refunds & support
If a genuine technical fault stops something from unlocking or working after payment, write to us within 7 days with your payment ID —
we'll fix it or refund you in full. Notes can't be refunded once delivered, except for non-delivery, a wrong/corrupt file or a double charge.
