These terms govern your use of nirmaanpro.shop and any purchase made on it. By using this website or buying anything from it, you agree to the terms below.
1. About Nirmaanpro
Nirmaanpro is a website offering civil engineering study material, calculators, and related digital tools for construction professionals, students, and exam candidates in India. All content and tools are provided for educational and reference purposes.
2. What we sell
Everything sold on this site is a digital product: PDF/DOCX notes and ebooks, access to web-based calculators, and unlocks for practice tests. Nothing physical is shipped. The Nirmaan Estimator Android app is a separate product distributed through Google Play, governed additionally by Google Play's own terms.
3. Pricing and payment
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed through Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway; we do not store your card, UPI, or bank details on our servers. Once a payment link is generated, the price shown at checkout is final for that transaction.
4. Delivery of digital products
Calculators and practice-test unlocks are activated automatically once payment is confirmed. Notes and ebooks are delivered by email to the address you provide at checkout, typically within a few hours. If you do not receive your product within 24 hours, please contact us (see below).
5. Licence and permitted use
Purchasing a note, ebook, or tool grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own study or professional reference. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, or republish any purchased content, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission.
6. Accuracy and limitation of liability
Our notes, formula sheets, and calculators are study and estimation aids, written and checked with care, but they are not a substitute for the current, governing IS/IRC/MoRTH code, your institution's syllabus, or the judgement of a qualified, licensed engineer on any real project. Nirmaanpro is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of this content, or for exam outcomes.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our products or legal requirements. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of West Bengal, India.
