Refund & Cancellation Policy

All products sold on Nirmaanpro are digital and delivered either instantly (calculators and practice-test unlocks) or by email (notes and ebooks). Because of this, our refund policy works a little differently from a physical product store. We've tried to make it fair rather than just convenient for us — please read below.

Calculators and practice-test unlocks

These unlock automatically the moment payment is confirmed. If a genuine technical fault on our side prevents the tool from unlocking or working correctly after payment, contact us within 7 days of purchase with your payment ID, and we will either fix the issue or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer. Refunds are not available simply because you changed your mind after successfully using a tool.

Notes and ebooks

Because these are files that can be copied once delivered, we're unable to offer a refund once the download link has been sent, except in these cases:

• You did not receive your file within 24 hours of payment, and did not receive a response from us within a further 48 hours of contacting support
• The file sent was genuinely corrupted, incomplete, or not the product you paid for
• You were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error

In any of these cases, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will correct the issue or refund you in full.

Cancellations

Since every product is delivered digitally — either instantly or shortly after payment — orders cannot be cancelled once payment is completed. If you haven't completed payment yet, you can simply close the Razorpay payment window; you will not be charged.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
